                    We only catch the fish to order. They are then immediately sorted into precise size categories (in terms of weight and size) and packed into boxes of 4 or 10 kg.

 Our packaging hall is one of the most modern in Europe. It is computerised so that you can find on a label all the information that you may want to know on the product that is delivered to you.
